Position Title:  Human Resources Personnel Scheduler
Position Status:  Full Time
Key Responsibilities:  The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the planning & scheduling of Rescue Services and certain other safety services for all CRS locations. This position centralizes the process to expedite appropriate personnel to customer jobs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Expeditiously schedule Rescue Team members to Customer work sites; Creating and filling schedules for rescue services
  • Handle 24/7 notification to Rescue Team members to be deployed to customer site
  • Plan and control all scheduling activities for assigned branches
  • Research and assign rescue times & dates on services requested and document during the process
  • Coordinate with other offices, as needed, to identify and resolve issues regarding placement of personnel & product delivery
  • Produces and monitors schedule weekly and makes changes when necessary
  • Work with Payroll weekly to assure that personnel is paid correctly and documented during the appropriate payroll period dates
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager(s) to update changes in availability or schedules
  • Coordinate the training and certification of Rescue Team members to ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Responsible for the input and maintenance of all data tracked and maintained in software including: personnel records, training completion/requirements.
  • Process all paperwork, reports, travel arrangements, billing, PO's and inventory for assigned staff
  • Maintain database credentials, certifications and qualifications of Rescue Team members to
  • Coordinate all rescue supplies and kits for Rescue Team members
  • Handle 24/7 (all hours) emergency calls to schedule to expedite Rescue Team members to customer site
  • Liaison with sale team members or customers, to identify root cause of customer complaints; recommend corrective action for service defects or discrepancies
  • Monitor Rescue Team member's progress and customer satisfaction scores 
  • Interview and select Rescue Team personnel to service our customers
  • Perform routine administrative & clerical duties
  • Prepare and publish the master rescue schedule to assign talent, times & dates
Minimum Education:
  • High School diploma or GED

Experience Requirements:  
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Required: 1-2 years of experience in scheduling
  • A plus: 1-2 years of experience in "short notice" and "fast-paced" scheduling

  • Ability to work flexible hours; on-call on a rotational basis for days/nights and weekends

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
  • Working environment consists of an office work space which is conditioned but may encounter various degrees of heat, light and dust.
  • Must be able to sit and work within office environment for majority of the work day. May infrequently lift, up to, 10 pounds. Will need to reach and bend to access files with reasonable accommodation.
  • Must have the manual dexterity to use a computer keyboard, calculator and phone.
